This Shipping Policy applies to products purchased from the Schoemans Office Solutions (Pty) Ltd Online Shop.
By placing an order through our Online Shop, customers acknowledge that shipping, delivery and collection will be handled in accordance with this Policy and the applicable Online Shop Terms and Conditions.
All online orders are shipped or collected from the Schoemans headquarters in Windhoek.
Where a customer wishes to arrange collection or shipping from another Schoemans branch, the customer must enquire and obtain confirmation before placing the order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address when placing an order through the Online Shop.
Customers should ensure that all delivery information, including the recipient’s name, physical delivery address and contact details, is accurate before completing the purchase.
Schoemans Office Solutions will not be responsible for delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
Orders will only be processed and released for shipping once the required payment has cleared and is reflected in the applicable Schoemans Office Solutions bank account.
Orders placed before 14:00 on business days will be processed for shipping accordingly.

Schoemans Office Solutions will endeavour to process and deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe communicated to the customer.

This Returns and Refund Policy applies to products purchased from the Schoemans Office Solutions (Pty) Ltd Online Shop.
By purchasing products through our Online Shop, customers acknowledge that returns and refunds will be handled in accordance with this Policy and the applicable Online Shop Terms and Conditions.
